April 10, 2007 - UD Celebrates Grand Opening of Courtyard by Marriott

March 30, 2007 - Ohio Historic Preservation Office  to hold April 19 public hearing on Building 26.

March 27, 2007 - Burt Hill still seeking input  as master planners analyze data, develop concepts.

March 23, 2007 - Ohio EPA approves  urban setting designation for former NCR land, paving way for redevelopment.

March 9, 2007 - Building 26 not eligible  for listing on national register, UD commits to working with community to honor history.

September 27, 2006 - City approves UD bid  for urban setting designation, UD to make formal application to Ohio EPA.

April 10, 2006 - The University of Dayton  taps Burt Hill to develop a master plan to guide future campus development.

December 14, 2005 - City of Dayton  receives $254 million for grant to remediate 11 acres of Dayton riverfront land.
