Coming Soon.

Welcome to the University of Dayton campus master planning website. We’re excited to team with Burt Hill, an industry leader in higher education land planning, to develop a new campus master plan. This plan, once approved by the Board of Trustees, will guide future land planning at the University of Dayton for the next 5-10 years and influence the University in perpetuity. The scope of this planning endeavor will encompass land-use strategies for the entire 260 acre campus – to include the academic campus, residential properties, recently acquired NCR property and the sports complex.

This master plan will not only have a major impact on the University of Dayton, but will also have a significant effect on the entire Dayton community. I invite all stakeholders – students, faculty, staff, alumni, neighbors and interested parties to keep abreast of the developments of the campus master plan through this site. Please provide your campus planning thoughts and suggestions to Rick Perales, Director of Campus Planning through the link on the contact page of this site.

Thanks,

Daniel J. Curran
President
University of Dayton
